Who are your Agents and Brokers?
Realtor Concierge is run by a team of Licensed Realtors and Brokers. We enlist only Licensed Real Estate Agents and Brokers to assist our Clients. All members of our service are local experts with a proven track record of successful sales and customer satisfaction.
What areas do your Agents service?
Our team of Licensed Real Estate Agents and Brokers spans the country. Following a brief questionnaire, we will pair you with an Agent or Team with expertise in your specific location.
How will I be connected with a local Realtor?
After reviewing your questionnaire and briefly consulting via phone or e-mail, we will pair you with a Realtor who is a local expert in your area meets your needs and communication style within 24-48 hours. If, after an initial conversation with your Realtor (or at any point throughout your purchase or sale), you feel it is not a good match, we are happy to connect you with a new Agent.
What if my plans or needs change?
Real Estate transactions are fluid and we understand that. Should your plans change or if for any reason you would like to be connected with a new Agent, we are happy to accommodate your changing needs.
Is there a fee for using Realtor Concierge?
There is absolutely no fee to our Clients for using Realtor Concierge. We are paid directly by the Brokers with whom we work. Clients will only incur any standard transaction-specific fees associated with their purchase or sale, unrelated to Realtor Concierge.
